HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If the piece you ordered doesn’t live up to your expectations or you simply change your mind, you can return all qualifying items for a refund or a store credit within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging and free of damage.
Sale items and made-to-order items are final sale and are not available for refunds or store credit.
MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
We really try our best for our customers to never be in such situation and take great care of shipping our products in safe packaging. If you do receive a damaged product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll try our best to resolve this issue as quickly as we can!
